From leading the fight for a freeze on new nuclear weapons in the 1980s to his call last year a $100 billion cut in the nuclear weapons budget, he has been the person to work with on arms control issues in the House of Representatives.

Individuals may contribute up to $2,600 per election, per candidate, with the primary and general election each considered a separate election.
