Katherine Magraw
Katherine Magraw is the Executive Director of Peace and Security Funders Group. She is responsible for all aspects of the program, budget and staffing of a 75-member association of foundations and philanthropists engaged in the field of peace and security.
Previously, she held positions at the Iraq Policy Information Project, the W. Alton Jones Foundation, the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Magraw also helped to the establish and direct the PeacePAC here at Council for a Livable World and later served as the Assistant Legislative Director for the Council.
Magraw received her BA from Yale College. She holds an S.M and Ph.D in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
