Senator Maria Cantwell’s prime Republican opponent, state Senator Michael Baumgartner, is running his first television ad calls for ending the Afghanistan war and reducing the federal deficit.
In his announcement about the ad, Baumgartner states: Titled “Change Can’t Wait,” the 30-second ad recounts Senator Baumgartner’s diplomatic work in the Iraq and Afghanistan and the urgent need to create real jobs here at home in America.
