The discussion at the event will be led by Democratic Senator of Rhode Island, Jack Reed. As a long time member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, West Point graduate, and active member of the U.S. Army for nearly a decade, Senator Reed was a vocal proponent for ratification of New START. Senator Reed holds a 100% rating on the Council for a Livable World voting record.
