As you may know, this year I am facing one of the toughest races ever.
My opponent, Carly Fiorina, is traveling up and down the state launching negative attacks. She’s already poured more than $5 million of her own personal wealth into her campaign — in addition to millions of dollars in attack ads coming from Karl Rove, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Right to Life, and other right-wing special interest groups.
But I have something that’s much more powerful than any of our right-wing opponents: grassroots supporters like you in California and across the country.
