The Council endorsed candidate for the Pennsylvania Senate seat, Joe Sestak, urges Congressional leaders to make the right decision and approve the Iran Nuclear Deal. In his Op-Ed for the Philly.com online newspaper, Sestak argues:
[The deal] is a result of painstaking diplomacy, made possible by principled American leadership and endorsed by the international community, and it provides a chance to contain Iran’s nuclear ambitions while avoiding another costly war in the region.
