Council for a Livable World Endorses Rep. Ed Markey for Senate

“During his tenure in the House of Representative, Rep. Markey has been a tireless champion for sensible arms control, keeping dangerous nuclear materials out of the hands of terrorists and a host of other major national security issues,� said Ira Lechner, Chairman of the Council for a Livable World. “After a record-breaking year of fundraising, the Council is prepared to help elect Rep. U.S. Senate Votes to End America’s Longest War, First Senate or House Majority against the War
